Vehicle Passes:

Ensure you have the correct passes ready.

This year, delivery and collection vehicles will enter the site through either the BLUE GATE or the WHITE GATE dependent upon which stand they are delivering to.

It is important that all drivers receive the correct VEHICLE PASS to avoid being turned around on arrival and causing congestion. ALL passes should be displayed in the windscreen and include the stand number and the exhibitor’s mobile number.

CAR PARKING:

All EXHIBITORS with cars and vehicles under 7.5 tonnes need to print off and complete the EXHIBITOR PARKING PASS. This should be displayed in the windscreen and include the stand number and the exhibitor’s mobile number.

There are two EXHIBITOR car parks located through either the BLUE GATE or the WHITE GATE dependent upon the stand number:
