When is Vertikal Days 2026?
Vertikal Days 2026 takes place on 9–10 September 2026.

Where is Vertikal Days held?
Vertikal Days takes place at Newark Showground, Nottinghamshire.

What are the event opening times?
Vertikal Days will be open to visitors Wednesday 10:00 - 17:30 and Thursday 10:00 - 16:00

How do I book a stand?
To discuss stand availability and booking options, please contact the Vertikal Days team or submit a Stand Order form

What types of stands are available?
Vertikal Days offers both outdoor space for larger equipment and Marketplace stands for companies wanting an indoor presence.

Exhibitor Profile and Listings

How do I update my exhibitor profile?
Exhibitor profiles can be completed and updated using the Exhibitor Profile Form

Why is my exhibitor profile important?
Your profile helps visitors find you before the event and ensures your company, brands and products are included on the website, exhibitor listings and event communications.

Can I include the brands I represent?
Yes. Please make sure you include all relevant brands on your profile so they can be featured in the A–Z listing. If you would like a brand to have its own profile linking back to yours, please include a logo and short description.

Whats the difference between exhibitor profiles and Vertikal Days Show guide?
The exhibitor profiles are all placed into web based directory on the Vertikal Days website. The Vertikal Days Show Guide is a comprehensive 50-page feature distributed to all visitors and exhibitors at the event.

Exhibitor Forms and Orders

Where can I find exhibitor forms?
Exhibitor forms and key information are available in the Exhibitor Area of the website.

Do I need to order electricity?
If you have an outdoor stand and need power for equipment or charging, you will need to submit your power requirements using the Stand Power Form. Marketplace stands do not need to order power, as it is included in the stand package.

How do I order AV equipment?
Our official AV partner Remote Audio Visual Ltd provides a full range of audio visual, video and data presentation equipment for exhibitors. They can supply and install display screens, presentation equipment, sound systems and technical support for your stand.

Exhibitor Communications

How will I receive important exhibitor updates?
Over the coming months, we will share key information, deadlines and opportunities via exhibitor newsletters, you can view all previously sent newsletters here

Can other members of my team receive exhibitor updates?
Yes. We encourage exhibitors to share updates internally and add relevant colleagues to the mailing list so everyone involved in planning, marketing and organising your stand stays informed.

Deliveries and Site Access

How do delivery and collection vehicles access the site?
Delivery and collection vehicles must enter the site through either the BLUE GATE or the WHITE GATE, depending on the stand location they are delivering to. Drivers must have the correct vehicle pass to avoid being redirected on arrival and causing congestion.

Where should parcel deliveries be sent?
Parcel deliveries can be sent to the below address no earlier then Monday 7th September and should include:

How do I arrange collections?
All items for collection must be collected from the site address above no later than 11:00am on Friday 12 September.

Stand Planning and Logistics

Where can I find build-up and breakdown information?
You can find all the times and dates on the Vertikal Days Event Schedule

Can I demonstrate equipment on my stand?
Equipment demonstrations are permitted provided they are carried out by trained and qualified personnel and supported by a risk assessment. Separate demonstration areas are also available for exhibitors wishing to operate larger equipment.

Is there an unloading ramp available on site?
Yes. An unloading ramp will be available from 9:00am on Monday 8 September to 12:00pm on Friday 12 September 2026.
The ramp operates on a first come, first served basis and has a maximum unloading capacity of 5 tonnes. To book the ramp, please visit the Organisers Office.

Is a forklift available on site?
Yes. A forklift with a maximum lifting capacity of 5 tonnes will be available from 8:00am on Monday 8 September to 12:00pm on Friday 12 September 2026.
The forklift operates on a first come, first served basis. To arrange use, please visit the Organisers Office.

When must stands be cleared after the event?
All stand spaces must be cleared by 2:00pm on Friday 12 September 2026.
Marketplace stands must be cleared by 8:00pm on Thursday 11 September 2026.

Who is responsible for stand waste removal?
Exhibitors are responsible for leaving their stand space clear of rubbish. Packing materials, wrapping and debris must be removed from the stand area. Skips will be provided on site.

Parking and Facilities

Is parking available for lorries, vans and trailers?
Yes. Lorries, vans and trailers may be parked on site in designated parking areas, subject to prior approval.

Where should exhibitors park their cars?
There are two exhibitor car parks, accessed through either the BLUE GATE or the WHITE GATE, depending on your stand location.

Is water available on exhibitor stands?
There is no water service to individual stands. Temporary standpipes are available on site for minor cleaning tasks or filling containers. Please note this water is not drinking water.

Can equipment be washed on site?
Exhibitors are encouraged to wash equipment before arriving on site where possible.

Where are the toilets located?
Toilets are located close to the Entrance, Marketplace, Catering Pavilion and the Organisers Office.

Is first aid available on site?
Yes. A First Aid service will be located close to the Organisers Office throughout the event. First aid kits are also available at the Organisers Office, Marketplace and Entrance Pavilion.

Insurance and Safety

Do exhibitors need insurance?
Yes. Exhibitors must provide their own insurance covering build-up, event days and breakdown. Exhibitors must hold public liability insurance of at least £10 million to cover injury or damage to third parties.

Do exhibitors need to submit risk assessments?
Yes. All exhibitors must provide a risk assessment covering build-up, breakdown and event days. Companies who do not provide risk assessments will not be permitted to exhibit.

Are there safety requirements for operating equipment?
All cranes, access and handling equipment must be displayed and operated in accordance with current health and safety regulations and industry best practice.

Are harnesses required for aerial platforms?
Yes. Harnesses with short lanyards must be worn by anyone operating a boom-type aerial work platform.

Do machines using outriggers need mats?
Yes. Any machine using outriggers must be equipped with suitable outrigger mats.

Are there any general safety considerations on site?
As the ground may be uneven, exhibitors should ensure their team wear appropriate footwear while working on site.

Visitors and Hospitality

Can I invite customers and contacts to the event?
Yes. Exhibitors are encouraged to invite customers, prospects and colleagues to attend Vertikal Days.

Is hospitality included at the event?
Vertikal Days is known for its excellent hospitality offering, with catering and visitor facilities available across the event.
