2026 Stand Order Form:

To get started as an exhibitor at Vertikal Days, simply complete the Stand Order Form to secure your space and start planning your involvement in the event.

Stand Extras Form:

From gazebos and flooring packs to tables and chairs, you can use the order form below to pre-book everything required to build your stand at Vertikal Days, all in one place.

Order Deadlines:

• Pagoda orders MUST be received no later than Friday 1st May.
• Gazebo orders MUST be received no later than Friday 14th August.
• Other furniture items MUST be received no later than Friday 14th August.

Outdoor Stand Power Form:

Use the form below to submit your power requirements for your outdoor stand. Marketplace stands do not need to order power as it is included in the stand package.

Order Deadline: Friday 31st July

Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities:

Our sponsorship opportunities are designed to suit a range of budgets and business objectives, offering valuable exposure and meaningful engagement before, during and after the event.

From premium, event-wide visibility to targeted brand placement, each package is designed to help your brand stand out.

Risk Assessments:

All exhibitors are required to submit a suitable and sufficient risk assessment for their stand and activities at Vertikal Days.

Please Note: Due to the different nature of the days we do require separate assessments for Build & Breakdown as well as Live Event Days.

Exhibitor Profiles:

A completed profile helps showcase your company, products and stand location. It ensures your business is accurately represented across the event website, exhibitor listings and visitor communications.

Vertikal Days Guide Submission:

A completed profile helps showcase your company, products and stand location. It ensures your business is accurately represented across the event website, exhibitor listings and visitor communications.

Submission Deadline: Friday 17th July

Capja eLead Setup and Order:

Say goodbye to the chaos of manual lead capture, with our eLead app from Capja. Exhibitors wishing to use the app will need to submit setup details, so access can be arranged ahead of Vertikal Days.

Please Note: A licence for the eLead app is included for all fully inclusive stands and Marketplace stands. Exhibitors with space only stands can purchase a license.

Submission Deadline: Friday 21st August

Vehicle Passes:

All vehicles must enter the site through either the BLUE GATE or the WHITE GATE, depending on the stand location. Drivers must have the correct vehicle pass to avoid being redirected on arrival and causing congestion.

Exhibitor Badges:

All exhibitors must wear an official Vertikal Days badge to access the showground during build-up, show days, and breakdown.

Gazebo, Pagoda and Trailer Plans:

All outdoor exhibitors must submit a gazebo, pagoda, or trailer plan to ensure the event team position correctly prior to exhibitor arrival.
