Exhibitors Badges:

Ensure your team is registered and ready for the event.

All exhibitors must wear an official Vertikal Days exhibitor badge to access the showground during build up, event days and breakdown. You can register just yourself or for your team quickly and easily using the form below.

Exhibitor badges should be based on unique email addresses and once submitted they will be emailed directly, along with important information regarding parking, vehicle access and entry to the event.

Please Note: For safety and security, all exhibitors must scan their badge when entering the showground during event days.

A dedicated exhibitor scanner will be located at Yellow Gate between 8:00am and 10:00am. After this time, Yellow Gate will close and all exhibitors must enter through the main visitor entrance.

How to use:

Please use the Print Your Exhibitor Badge page to enter your team’s details. The quickest method is to prepare a spreadsheet with the following four columns:

You can then copy and paste the information directly from the spreadsheet into the Names box. You can enter up to 15 people per submission.

A name and email address are required for each individual, while their job title and mobile number are optional.

Please note:

One person per line, max. 15 people.
Enter the four values in the form Name, Email, Job Title, Mobile Number — for example John Smith, john@acme.com, Sales Director, +44 7700 900000.
Name and email are required; job title and mobile number are optional and may be left out.
Enter names as First Last.
Do not use a comma inside a value.
You can also paste the four columns straight out of a spreadsheet, which separates the values by tabs instead of commas.
Each person will receive their badge by email at the address given.
