TVH extends warranty
Belgian international replacement parts specialist TVH has increased its standard warranty period for parts from one to two years, effective immediately. The change covers its full product range, including its house brands as well as OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and OPM (Original Part Manufacturer) parts.
chief commercial officer Kristof Bolle said: “TVH’s strength has always been quality products supported by end-to-end processes and expert knowledge. Now we are bringing that confidence to our customers. We have increased our warranty period because we have tangible proof that our products withstand the test of time. This new warranty offers incredible value to our customers. It is our guarantee that our products are of the highest quality.”
TVH was established in 1969 and operates from 90 locations worldwide with 5,000 employees shipping parts and accessories for forklifts, aerial work platforms and industrial vehicles to around 180 countries. The company has also recently invested €85 million in its new news[48792](‘Plant T’ facility in Belgium), which opened last month.
