New Euro MD for Haulotte

Haulotte has appointed Guillaume Van Hoeck as managing director Europe, he takes over from news[40584](Patrick Murris) who leaves after eight years in the role.

Van Hoeck rejoined Haulotte in February 2024 as general manager Northern Europe, following a two and half year break with coffee maker supplier Cimbali as general manager France.

He began his career as a salesman with Hilti based in Italy, over the next five and a half years he moved up through various sales and marketing roles to become a regional manager. In 2007, he left to join Manitowoc as a product marketing manager based in France. In 2011 he was promoted to business manager for Grove /National truck cranes for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, leaving for Haulotte in Mid 2014 to become after market sales manager for the region, and three years later key account manager. He departed for Cimbali after four years in the role.

The company added: “This leadership transition marks a new chapter in Haulotte’s European strategy, which has flourished under Patrick Murris.
