BUILD-UP:
Outdoor stands
Monday 8th September -8.00am to 8.00pm
Tuesday 9th September- 8.00am to 8.00pm
Forklift and unloading ramp available from 8.00am
Trailers MUST ARRIVE on Monday-there will be no access for trailers on Tuesday
Indoor Marketplace stands
Tuesday 9th September- 12.30pm to 8.00pm
LIVE EVENT DAYS:
Wednesday 10th September- 10.00am to 5.30pm
Networking event 10th September- 5.30pm to 9.30pm (Ticketed event)
Thursday 11th September -10.00am to 4.00pm
BREAKDOWN:

Outdoor stands
Vehicles under 3.5 tonnes (no trailers)- 4.30pm to 5.00pm
Vehicles under 7.5 tonnes - 5.00pm to 6.30pm
All vehicles - 6.30pm to close
Indoor Marketplace stands (Thursday 11th September only)
From 5.00pm to 8.00pm
Friday 12th September:
Outdoor stands - 8.00am to 2.00pm
Note: All equipment must be removed from the event site no later than 2.00pm Friday 12th September

Exhibitor Badges:
To download your exhibitor badge please use your company's Exhibitor Site or speak to the person organising your stand.
Stand Extras: Deadline - Friday 30th May (Pagodas) Friday 15th August (Gazebos and furniture)
Need additional furniture items for your outdoor stand? Use our simple online form to request gazebos, chairs, tables and other essentials. Everything will be delivered direct to your stand.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Pagoda orders MUST be received no later than 30th May.
- Gazebo orders MUST be received no later than 15th August.
- Other furniture items MUST be received no later than 15th August.
Risk Assessments: Deadline - Friday 15th August
We have a legal obligation to submit risk assessments for all exhibitors to Newark Showground in advance of the show - this means for both the Build-Up Days and Live Event Days.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the different nature of the days we do require separate assessments for both.

At Vertikal Days we offer the following on-site services:
Unloading Ramp
There will an unloading ramp available from 9:00am, Monday 8 September to 12:00pm, Friday 12 September.
The ramp is provided on a first come, first served basis with a maximum unloading capacity of 5 tonnes. To book the loading ramp please visit the Organisers Office.
Forklift (Including Driver)
There will be forklift with driver available from 8:00am, Monday 8 September to 12:00pm, Friday 12 September.
It is provided on a first come, first served basis with a maximum lifting capacity of 5 tonnes. To book the forklift please visit the Organisers Office.

Now that planning for your stand at Vertikal Days is underway, it’s important to take note of the ground conditions on the Vulcan runway which is the site for the event. Here are two photographs that show what the ground condition is like. The ground is hard standing, slightly uneven in places but on the whole mostly flat. As the ground is uneven, please ensure that your team wear sensible footwear.
PLEASE NOTE: we are not allowed to stake into the concrete, please organise weights if you are bringing your own gazebos, branded flags, etc.

Exhibitors please be vigilant, fraudulent activity is everywhere. Exhibitors can be targeted by companies claiming to be, or work with Vertikal Days and the event's organisers. Companies are now also claiming they can sell visitor data from events.
Under no circumstances does Vertikal Days sell or pass on visitor data to third parties and any company claiming to hold such information is fraudulent.
