Ground Conditions at Newark

Now that planning for your stand at Vertikal Days is underway, it’s important to take note of the ground conditions on the Vulcan runway which is the site for the event.  Here are two photographs that show what the ground condition is like.  The ground is hard standing, slightly uneven in places but on the whole mostly flat.
Please note we are not allowed to stake into the concrete, please organise weights if you are bringing your own gazebos, branded flags, etc.
As the ground is uneven, please ensure that your team wear sensible footwear.

If your stand is 100 to 124 , it’s important to point out that these stands are located on grass covered with Lion Panel Heavy Duty Trakway.  You can view the details of the Lion Panel here.
