Magni launches QR code support
Italian telehandler manufacturer Magni TH has launched Magni Assist, a QR code technical support system.
Each Magni machine shipped features a unique QR sticker on the cab which is activated before shipping. The code is specific to the machine's serial number and provides access to information specific to that individual unit.
Scanning the QR code with a smartphone or tablet provides access to the machine's data sheet, speficic video tutorials covering operating instructions to daily inspections and service etc... along with digital manuals for that model, routine operating checklists and safety information. The system provides updated resources without requiring additional app downloads or software installations.
